Residents are selected from submitted applicants. Application periods are held periodically.

■Rental. (Applications accepted only during specified periods announced on the website.)

　・Hi-speed Internet line (provider fees are resident's responsibility)
　・Card Key (24H access)
　・Security monitored by security company.
