CCC Exhibit Competition: New Creators Competition 2011

In continuation of our support for budding creatives, CCC (the center for creative communication) is proud to hold the 3rd New Creators Competition. 2 selected exhibit plan entries will receive funding of up to 200,000 JPY to support the execution of the exhibits which will be held from January 2011 at CCC.

We will announce the 2 winners in the beginning of October.

■ Exhibit Dates: 2011 January 14 (Fri.) to February 12 (Sat.) [planned]
Both exhibits will be shown at the same time.

Design (graphic, product, environmental), animation, manga, architecture, art, movie, photography, Web, game, etc...

■Exhibit Dates

2011 January 14 (Fri.) to February 12 (Sat.) [planned]
Both exhibits will be shown at the same time.
[Setup Period] January 11 (Tue.)–13 (Thu.) / [Removal Period] February 14 (Mon.)–15 (Tue.)

■ Materials to be Submitted

Exhibition Submission Form & proposal/plans.

■ Applicant Conditions

□Must be 40 years of age or younger as of the end of March 2011.
□No nationality requirements; international applicants accepted.
□Those who pass the 1st round of screening must be able to attend 2nd round of interviews which will be held on Saturday, September 25, 2010.
□Must be able to take responsibility for the exhibit, from planning, implementation to removal.

■ Forms of Support

□Free use of the 2F gallery or 3F Exhibit Corner space at CCC during the exhibition period.
□The center will make approximately 3000 flyers for promoting both exhibits.
□Promotion of exhibit on the center's web site, newsletter, email announcements, press release, etc...
□Financial support of up to 200,000 JPY for the exhibit budget.

■ Judging Method

□1st Round: Screening of submitted materials. / September 17th (Fri.)
　Only those who have passed will be individually notified.　
□2nd round: Interviews / September 25th (Sat.)
　Place: the center for creative communications
□Results will be announced on the center's website, www.c-c-c.or.jp, in the beginning of October 2010.
