NCC Shizuoka 2013 EXHIBITIONS (Part 1)

Two Exhibits: One with various stages in which aluminum foil emerges as a new material and a new product is born, and another which is a "souvenir" from 2 print-making artists returning home to Shizuoka.

CCC Exhibit Competition: New Creators Competition 2014

In continuation of our support for budding creatives, CCC (the center for creative communication) is proud to hold the 6th New Creators Competition. 2 selected exhibit plan entries will receive funding to support the execution of the exhibits which will be held from January 2014 at CCC.

Back again for the fifth time this summer break season, the CCC Kids Animation Workshop fosters the joy of animation-making and challenges childrens' creative skills with everyday stationary items, a digital camera and computer.

Shizuoka 2013 "World CM Festival"

CCC is proud to bring the popular "World CM Festival" (Sekai no CM Festival) to Shizuoka City for the first time. Commercials of the highest caliber from all over the world will be shown including a special selection of Cannes Lions award-winning works just for Shizuoka!

STIK "Shizuoka Street Art Project"
When: Workshop 2013.05.18 (Sat.) & 19 (Sun.) | Public Unveiling: 2013.05.18 (Sat.)
Shizuoka is host to the internationally active, East London-based artist Stik's first ever street art project in Japan! Events include a mural workshop for children, a gigantic Japanese culture themed mural by Stik on the outer wall of CCC and a live painting performance.

CCC Creative Workshop "Landscape Portraits with Collage"

CCC is proud to bring one of the UK's up-and-coming artists Emily Allchurch to conduct a photo-collage landscape workshop here in Shizuoka. Works from this workshop will also be on display at CCC from May 11th.
