Materials to be Submitted
Exhibition proposal and plans.

Applicant Conditions
+ Must be 40 years of age or younger as of the end of March 2010.
+ No nationality requirements; international applicants accepted.
+ Those who pass the 1st round of screening must be able to attend
2nd round interviews which will be held on Saturday, October 31, 2009.
+ Must be able to take responsibility for the exhibit, from planning, implementation to removal.

Forms of Support
+ Free use of the 2F gallery or 3F Exhibit Corner at CCC during the exhibit period.
+ The center will make approximately 5000 flyers for promoting both exhibits.
+ Promotion of exhibit on the center’s web site, newsletter, email, press release
+ Financial support of up to 200,000 JPY for the exhibit budget.

Judging Method
+ 1st Round: Screening of submitted materials. / October 23rd (Fri.)
Only those who have passed will be notified, individually.　
+ 2nd round: Interviews / October 31st (Sat.) / Place: the center for creative communications
+ Results will be announced on the center’s website in the beginning of November 2009.
